Goodbye blue toilet and hello blank slate! Prepping this bathroom for the new materials, by removing the existing fixtures and tile, has already been quite the job. The high heat last week was less than ideal for our installer, who had to crawl through a scorching hot attic. Luckily, he finished the attic work for the bathroom and can now enjoy working in the comfort of air conditioning for the remainder of the project.
The existing shower was also removed last week, and is currently being prepped for the new shower system. The new shower system will be one that will need to be showcased and not hidden behind the bathroom entrance door, a pocket door will replace the existing door.
Can't wait to see the progress this week!
