Kicking The Tub To The Curb

Now that the tub has been removed and "kicked to the curb" with the existing shower, it's time to make way for a larger, more open shower.  Not only does this new cultured marble shower look stunning already, it's low maintenance...no grout lines to clean!  

The soap/shampoo corner dish was placed at a custom height above the shower seat.  The height was determined after our installer had the customer sit in the new seat making sure there was an appropriate clearance while getting in and out of the seat, so no heads are bumped.  The grab bar was also tested by the customer before being installed to make sure it too was in the appropriate place for optimal use.

The toilet has been removed, but will be re-installed after the new floor is set.  By the end of the week you will be able to see the final product!
